Located 3.75 miles South West of Mapleton on Highway 30 and .25 miles East on 124th Street. Consisting of approximately 75 acres, the George & Elizabeth Lang Memorial WMA is mainly comprised of a restored prairie wetland complex with upland and lowland forest components.

In 2001, Minnesota Pheasants, Inc. – Blue Earth County Chapter purchased 29 acres adjacent to the existing WMA.  Cost for this acquisition was $65,000 and brings the total acreage available to 74.
